Founder of Disney's first ever Pride product collection.
After concepting, pitching, and championing the idea of a Pride product line to Disney, the collection launched in 2018 and the Disney Pride Collection has become a landmark example of how Employee Resource Groups can directly impact and grow the business. Each year the collection evolves to become more authentic and inclusive, and it has quickly become a meaningful touch point for LGBTQ+ Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars fans worldwide.
The collection benefits organizations around the world that support the LGBTQ+ community.

The proudest accomplishment of my career.
Being part of the genesis of this collection gave me more visibility, more access, and more influence than I could have imagined.
Not only did the collection break down barriers within the corporate lattice and pave the way for greater and more authentic LGBTQ+ initiatives, but it also set a precedence for expanded representation across all dimensions of diversity. Its realization and following success has become a beacon for diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by demonstrating that passion and perseverance can change minds at home, and in turn, can have rippling effects in the hearts of people everywhere.
